 Shelley & Ryan Grady  Armed Citizen Educators was founded in May 2009 by Ryan and Shelley Grady.  They are a husband and wife team whom are enthusiastic about serving the public's needs.  They advocate the right to bear and keep firearms and encourage their students and customers to exercise their right of the second amendment.

A.C.E. differs from others as we are a one stop shop for CHL classes, firearm sales, protection plan for CHL holders and non CHL holders, binary explosives, accessories and much more!

We strive for excellence in presentation, conduct and convenience! We cater to large groups, private sessions and competitive pricing for CHL classes, firearm and alarm sales.

We accommodate to your hectic schedule and lifestyle! Our classes are filled with fascinating facts, tips and most of all FUN!

There is always insightful and educational discussions among the students and Ryan.

It's always good to hear that the students love their lunch served during class. They enjoy the convenience and the wonderful food!

Since June 2008, the number of students requesting our service has grown 100%! We are drastically expanding to multiple areas as the demand is overwhelming! We are excited that A.C.E. can bring you our great service in these expanding areas such as Midland.

Shelley Grady hails from Toronto, Canada.  She and Ryan have been married for 5 years.  Prior to moving to Texas 3 years ago, Shelley was employed as a Policy & Procedure Analyst in the Compliance division at the Wells Fargo Financial Corporate office in Canada. 

Ryan and Shelley own and operate A.C.E. Shelley is responsible for the day-to-day operations, policies and procedures, marketing and management of the business.  She is a College Graduate, whom majored in Business Management.

In addition, Shelley serves as Ryan's assistant when teaching CHL classes.  She has joked about being able to recite Ryan's entire presentation, as she has attended over 2000 of his classes!

Shelley enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys cooking.  In addition, Shelley is a doting Aunt to her nephew- Rylan and niece- Chloe; and Mother to a Chocolate Lab named Jayde.

Ryan Grady has been a certified DPS Concealed Handgun Instructor and a Hunter Safety Instructor since June 2008. In addition, Ryan teaches Firearm Safety and has credentials in notary and finger-printing.

August of 2010, Ryan  became an official Federal Firearm License (FFL) dealer for the state of Texas. Not only has he become a rising star as a CHL instructor in West Texas, but he has quickly gained recognition for his savvy business practice and ethics.

Over the past years, Ryan has taught over 2000 students in Waco, West Texas and Fortworth, Dallas area. He currently resides in Snyder, TX with his wife-Shelley Grady. He enjoys meeting the diverse clientele Texas has to offer!

Ryan is a life member of the NRA, and also has memberships to the TSRA & TCHA. Ryan enjoys hunting, and participating in shooting competitions.
